Application:
The PVC roofing sheet extrusion line is used for manufacturing corrugated roofing sheets and roof tiles for industrial plants, warehouses, agricultural farms, poultry houses, commercial buildings, residential houses, and other construction projects requiring durable and weather-resistant roofing materials.
Production process:
The plastic extruder extrudes the PVC plastic raw materials into sheets of a certain thickness. Next, the sheet is shaped into the shape of a glazed tile by a mold. The glazed tiles are then shaped by a cooling system. Finally, the glazed tile is cut from the sheet by the forming equipment.
