1. Extruder: The single screw extruder is designed with advanced temperature control for excellent plasticization and stable high-output extrusion.
2. Screen Changer: A hydraulic quick screen changer with a double station ensures efficient and stable operation during the screen change process.
3. T-die Mold: Made of high-quality alloy steel, the mold features a portable throttling device to ensure uniform material distribution and thickness.
4. Vacuum Setting Table: Equipped with a fast heat exchange system and staggered vacuum system for precise shaping accuracy and uniform vacuum distribution.
5. Tractors: Two sets of tractors work together; the first set ensures uniform pulling of sheets from the vacuum table, while the second set removes product stress and includes an edge trimming device.
6. Cutting Machine: Features precise length cutting and automatic unloading, ensuring high-quality cut surfaces
