During K 2025 Germany, a delegation from China Plastics Processing Industry Association (CPIA) and Hollow Products Specialised Committee (HPSC) visited Jwell's factory in Kautex Bonn, Germany, to start an in-depth research and industry exchange journey, and to build up a practical foundation for industrial synergy and technology docking during the exhibition.
As the core force to promote the innovation and upgrading of the national plastics industry and resource integration, China Plastics Processing Industry Association shoulders the important responsibility of leading the direction of industry development and building a platform for government-enterprise collaboration; China Plastic Industry Association's Hollow Products Committee focuses on niche areas, linking the chairman of each unit (covering the national core production enterprises in the field of hollow products and technical service providers), and continues to promote the quality and efficiency of the hollow products industry. The delegation went to Germany. During the inspection, the team went deep into the production workshop of Jwell's Kautex Bonn plant in Germany, and carried out detailed exchanges around the core equipment and customised solutions related to the production of blow molding products. From the efficient operation of the intelligent production line, to the details of process optimisation for blow molding products made of different materials, to the whole process quality control system, members of the delegation had a close-up experience of the in-depth fusion of the 90-year manufacturing heritage of Kautex and the globalised management standards of King & Wood Mallesons, and highly recognised the factory's concept of "precision manufacturing, customised service".
During the exchange session, Mr. Wang Zhanjie, Chairman of China Plastics Processing Industry Association (CPPIA), expressed his recognition of Jwell's global layout and development results, and at the same time acknowledged the technological strength of Kautex brand accumulated over the years, and believed that both of them provided positive assistance to the development of the plastics industry, and were worthy of the industry's attention and trust. Mr Miao Dan, the Secretary General of Hollow Products Committee of CCPA, also added that he recognised the technical accumulation of Kautex in the field of hollow products and the brand operation and service capability of Jinwei, and mentioned the possibilities of cooperation between the two parties in the hollow products industry in the future, in the light of his experience of the visit. In addition, the relevant leaders of CCPA also said that the advantages of Jwell and Kautex match with the development needs of domestic plastics enterprises, and they look forward to the follow-up exchanges and linkages to empower the development of the industry with high-quality resources and technical experience.
The visit of China Plastics Processing Industry Association (CPIA) and the Chinese delegation of Hollow Products Committee not only builds a bridge between the core strength of hollow products and Jwell's global manufacturing platform, but also injects practical momentum into the industry synergy during the K 2025 exhibition in Germany.
