JWELL SPC Flooring Extrusion Line is designed for the continuous production of high-quality Stone Plastic Composite (SPC) flooring. The line integrates material feeding, extrusion, precision die forming, calibration, cooling, haul-off and cutting or stacking systems to provide stable and efficient flooring production.

The extrusion system is optimized for the processing of SPC compounds, providing uniform plasticization, stable melt conveying and consistent extrusion output. The precision die and calibration system are designed to achieve accurate product dimensions, stable thickness and a uniform surface.

According to different flooring structures and production requirements, the line can be configured for different SPC floor specifications and product designs. Additional downstream equipment can also be integrated for surface treatment and finishing processes according to the final product requirements.

SPC flooring produced by the line is widely used in residential buildings, commercial spaces, offices, hotels, retail stores and other interior flooring applications, where rigid, dimensionally stable and easy-to-maintain flooring products are required.
