This production line is a highly integrated automated system specially designed for manufacturing high-quality automotive interior components.
By integrating extrusion, lamination, forming and cutting technologies, the line efficiently processes PE, POE and calcium carbonate filled materials to produce interior materials with excellent sound insulation, thermal insulation and cushioning performance, ensuring high production efficiency and stable operation.
Adopting a one-step formulation and forming process, the system allows flexible adjustment of material formulations while maintaining stable performance across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 120°C. With lightweight characteristics and high toughness, the material is an ideal solution for achieving energy saving, emission reduction, noise reduction and enhanced driving comfort in automotive applications.

The production line mainly uses PE (Polyethylene) and POE (Polyolefin Elastomer) as the core raw materials, combined with modified calcium carbonate filler. This material system provides excellent flexibility, tear resistance and mechanical strength, ensuring high-performance acoustic insulation products.
The composite structure adopts a three-layer configuration of non-woven fabric + PA barrier film + felt fabric. The non-woven fabric/felt fabric and PA barrier film are supplied by customers, providing flexibility and convenience in material sourcing and supply management.

A stable cooling system is essential for maintaining constant mold temperature, ensuring forming accuracy and guaranteeing continuous production stability.

The compressed air supply should be treated by an air dryer and precision filtration system to ensure air quality is water-free, oil-free and dust-free, preventing contamination of raw materials and finished products.
The production process adopts co-extrusion of PE/POE with calcium carbonate filler, combined with a thermal lamination process to integrate non-woven fabric and PA barrier film layers.
The final product combines excellent flexibility, breathability and superior barrier performance, fully meeting automotive material safety requirements and providing a reliable foundation for consistent product quality.
The ultra-long L/D ratio design provides longer material residence time and more intensive shearing, effectively eliminating uneven plasticization and ensuring stable, high-quality melt performance.
The screw elements and barrel liners are manufactured from imported high-strength alloy materials and undergo special hardening treatment, achieving a hardness of HV900+, ensuring excellent durability and long service life.
The dual-stage powerful vacuum degassing system effectively removes moisture and low-molecular-weight volatiles, eliminates bubbles, and significantly improves product surface gloss and overall quality.
