JWELL PVC Waterstop Extrusion Line is a customized full-automatic extrusion system specially developed for producing PVC middle-buried waterstop, back-stick waterstop, ribbed waterstop, widely applied in tunnel, subway, reservoir dam, underground basement, highway bridge, hydraulic engineering concrete joint waterproof construction. The finished PVC waterstop features excellent anti-aging, acid & alkali resistance, high elongation, low-temperature toughness, replacing traditional rubber waterstop for cost-effective construction waterproof projects.
Full-line workflow: PVC raw material automatic mixing → feeding → conical twin-screw extrusion → customized profile die → vacuum sizing → cooling shaping → haul-off traction → fixed-length cutting → finished product stacking.
