PVC Waterstop Production Line / Equipment for Manufacturing Construction Waterstops/PVC Water Stop Extrusion Machine

JWELL Machinery’s PVC waterstop production line is the fruit of the company’s technology in the hydraulic waterproof material field. It is specially designed to process sheet-like anti-seepage materials using polyvinyl chloride resin as the main raw material, through mixing, granulation, extrusion and other processes.

The production line features a compact structure and easy operation. It can be flexibly equipped with different components according to customer needs to produce single-layer or multi-layer composite products. You can also add an unwinding device to efficiently produce internal reinforcement products or composite waterstops with non-woven fabric, PVC decorative film, etc., on the surface.

The core equipment of the production line includes a main extruder, precision die, calendering forming system, cooling bracket, tractor, transverse cutting device, winding device, as well as supporting mixing/feeding system and electrical control system. In the extrusion link, the production line adopts SJZ series conical twin-screw extruders, which have outstanding advantages such as uniform plasticization, low shear rate, high output, and long service life, ensuring the mixing and plasticization quality of PVC raw materials.

Its optimized design makes the equipment low-speed and high-efficiency, with uniform plasticization, simple operation, low maintenance cost, and long service life. It can use PVC powder or granules as raw materials to produce various specifications of plastic waterstops. In terms of technical parameters, the production line can be flexibly equipped with main engines of various models such as SJP75/25, SJP95/25, and SJP113/25 according to customer production needs. The maximum extrusion capacity ranges from 150kg/h to 450kg/h, and the main engine power covers 37kW to 110kW, fully meeting the multi-level needs from small-batch trial production to large-scale mass production.

The main engine adopts imported AC frequency conversion speed regulation, the temperature control instrument is an imported brand, and the whole machine is equipped with high-quality components, ensuring the efficient and stable operation and long-term reliability of the production line.
