The production line is equipped with an automatic feeding system. EVA materials are dried and conveyed via vacuum loaders into insulated hoppers, while TPU materials utilize crystallization dryers. The system ensures precise, efficient delivery of crystallized and dried materials based on real-time production demands, significantly enhancing overall automation and productivity.
The extruders feature high-quality screws and barrels. For EVA, a specially designed single-screw structure ensures thorough plasticization, homogeneous mixing, and stable pressure. The barrel employs optimized cooling and temperature control with a full-zone water-cooling + air-cooling system, achieving ±1°C temperature accuracy for stable output and premium sheet quality. For TPU, twin-screw extruders accommodate diverse formulations, meeting varied customization requirements.
The forming calendar adopts a 45° inclined top-in/bottom-out structure. Each roller is independently servo-driven for speed control, while the lower roller integrates a powered support roller to synchronously guide products onto the cooling rack. An advanced control system ensures consistent sheet thickness and surface smoothness, making it a critical component of the production line.
The cooling system rapidly and uniformly cools extruded sheets. Additional cooling rollers are incorporated based on product specifications to maintain dimensional stability and quality. The automatic hydraulic cutting system, equipped with an independent hydraulic station and meter wheel, enables swift, precise cutting of sheets with consistent lengths across varying thicknesses.
An automated robotic stacking system handles products of different specifications, reducing labor costs and boosting efficiency through suction, transfer, and stacking operations.
The intelligent PLC control system simplifies operation and enables real-time monitoring. Operators can swiftly adjust parameters to optimize performance, product quality, and throughput.
