Polyester Low Stretch Yarn: Polyester low stretch yarn (Draw Texturing Yarn, abbreviated DTY) is a type of textured filament made from polyester chips (PET), which are spun as polyester pre-oriented yarn (POY) and then undergo stretch texturing. It features a short processing flow, high efficiency, and good quality.
Differences:
Elasticity: High stretch yarn has significantly better elasticity compared to low stretch yarn.
Process: The distinction between low and high stretch yarns lies in the processing; if the second heating chamber of the texturizing machine is open, it produces low stretch yarn; if closed, it produces high stretch yarn.
